Payment
If a private project needs to be commissioned, send me a link to the raw and I'll tell you the approximate price. It's usually based on the amount of words, with $20 for 1000 words or so for just the translation makes it around $1 a page for a typical 20 page chapter. However it can be more/less depending upon the actual amount of text.
Regarding payment, you need to have a paypal account. Upon my approval of the commission, I'll firstly translate the project and then once it's done, send you a mail giving my paypal details.Translation time is usually 1-2 weeks. Once you've sent the payment, I'll send the translated chapter.

Release policy.
My release policy for private commission is that the individual/group who commissioned it will have 2 weeks of sole access to the translation before public release.
